"This is a cute and cozy coffee store right off of Long Point Road. My friend and I visited here before Halloween and the inside was very well decorated! There are a good number of tables and couches for customers to sit down and/or study. The menu has so many fun flavors to choose from! I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Chai Latte with Biscoff foam on top and my friend ordered a honey signature latte. The service here is fantastic- the barista who took our order was very welcoming and helped me out when I was struggling to figure out what I wanted to order. Both drinks were delicious! I did ask for half the sweetness but I’m not sure if I was able to get that because the drink was still very sweet. Tasted great though! One little thing I wish was different was the back door located next to the booths. When the door closes, it slams pretty hard and makes a loud bang noise. Other than that, great service, wonderful vibes, and delicious coffee! Looking forward to coming back and trying other drinks on the menu."

"Wonderful addition to the Spring Branch area. Customer service is top notch. Had a great encounter with Connor who is first class. Excellent tasting coffee and pastries. Wi-Fi works tremendous and is so easy to access. A very relaxed and stimulating atmosphere to chill, work, or both. Looking forward to coming back and soaking in the positive vibes. ♥️"

"I came here because they said the customer service was top-notch and it was a great place to get some work done. It’s also a new addition to the spring branch area where I come a few times a week. Most of the reviews were spot on. It’s wide open. There are two tops, four tops, six tops, sofas, plenty of places to sit, and tons of extra chairs, two booths, a wall of board games, and pastries. Now, that was the end of my good experience. I got to work and had tons of documents and proposals to work on so I had my laptop out, and then enter three rowdy little girls. After I watch them play for about five minutes I thought they’d calm down. They did not. It continued. It got louder. They ran around. Through and around the front entryway. They started throwing something and it hit the window. They ran into furniture they could’ve gotten hurt themselves. But they were so bold that I went up to the counter and asked the barista if they were employee children. They were in fact, employee children. So what can I say? Some of you may have kids, some of you may not, some may love kids, some may hate them, and some may have thought it was cute to see kids running around on a Saturday afternoon indoors like it was indoor recess. However, part of providing a cafe and service to a neighborhood (this area really needs a good cafe) is also about managing customers and noise level. My matcha was great. The baristas were sweet. I could hear the children and their shrieks through my noise canceled AirPods. There’s nothing left to do except for retreat and leave and write this review and I will probably never return, until I have three kids of my own, pre-k-elementary age that will be running around. After I talked with the baristas, the gentleman came up to me and apologized for the girls. It was too late. I was packing up and left. He looked so kind and didn’t seem to fully get it- you know the type of dad that never gets angry… In a way, for a neighborhood spot, I get it. If you’re a local and you have kids and come with other moms, fine. I could imagine an army of strollers and moms. Have fun, but as soon as there is one paying customer trying to enjoy their drink and do some work, without a child, all the shenanigans need to be nipped in the bud."

"Amazing experience at Bean Theory! The customer service was incredible—the girl at the counter was so friendly and genuinely fun to chat with. We even got to meet the owner, and you can truly feel how passionate he is about what he does. The coffee was amazing, the food was amazing, and the bacon & egg taco was an absolute killer. Can’t wait to come back!"

"Had my Oat Milk Latte and it was good. Espresso was good and milk was frothed well. I also had an order of Beignets and those I had higher hopes for… Out of the three only one was completely cooked, the other two had cold center. The flavor was ok but had to eat around the doughy bits unfortunately. It was not bad enough to ask for a refund and to be honest I didn’t have the time for it anyways on this visit. The shop was set up very well with plenty of seating available."

"I finally stopped by Bean Theory, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. This is such a thoughtfully designed neighborhood coffee shop cute without being..."
