"Very friendly staff at this place! I’ve been wanting to visit for sooo long, but this place is about an hour away from my place. So glad I finally got to visit yesterday! The atmosphere here is great. Lots of cool decorations. I got the blood orange black tea and it was nice and refreshing after being outside on a hot day! Got some coffee cans ti go too. Highly recommend this place and i will definitely be back eventually!"
"Their coffee is usually great but I’ve been noticing a trend lately. They’re becoming pushy for tips and don’t get me wrong I tip everytime that’s not even a question for me their service is usually great. However the last time I went the woman didn’t ask me if I wanted to tip she selected tip and gave herself one and didn’t even give me a receipt! I know it’s only 2$ but it’s the principle of it. For those who say oh well maybe she didn’t, I go enough to know the exact price because I get the same thing everytime and I leave the 15% tip everytime and the total was the exact same as the previous times. I will not get this woman in trouble because she seems like a nice person but I kind of feel like I was stolen from but I don’t want to be a Karen about it. Won’t be back sorry not sorry!"

"I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Black Rifle Coffee Company. You’d think a coffee shop could at least manage to put the items you ordered into the bag—but apparently that’s asking too much. I ordered a French toast muffin along with my drinks, was told my order was ready, and later realized it was missing. When I went back to resolve it, they acted like I was the problem. No receipt? Too bad. Never mind the fact that the entire reason people trust businesses like this is because they’re supposed to get the order right in the first place. Instead of a simple, “Sorry, let’s make this right,” I was met with resistance, attitude, and difficulty over something as basic as a muffin. It’s not rocket science—if a customer says their food item wasn’t included, odds are they’re not just making it up for fun. Who goes out of their way to fight for a $3 muffin unless they actually ordered and paid for it? The dismissive treatment I received was completely unacceptable and shows just how little they value their customers. At the end of the day, it’s not about the muffin—it’s about the principle. If Black Rifle Coffee Company can’t handle something this simple, why should anyone trust them with their money or loyalty?"
