The Canelés are great. The space at Allen is a great place to work with solid WiFi. There are some gluten free options."

"I was a bit disappointed with my experience at this coffee shop. While the atmosphere was nice, the staff didn’t seem very interested in helping me find a coffee that suited my taste. Instead of asking thoughtful questions to understand my preferences, they simply recommended a popular item. Unfortunately, the suggestion didn’t match my palate, and I ended up leaving with a more than half-full cup. It would be great if they put more effort into personalizing recommendations to ensure a better customer experience."

"The pour-over selection at Blendin is what stood out to me, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Columbia Natural I had this morning. Staffing seemed a little light for a Saturday morning, and at one point there was a significant line forming - I would recommend they have someone dedicated to pour overs and one on the register, as that is what caused the backlog. A great experience, overall"
