"We've been going almost daily since they've opened up in October 2022 as it's such a high quality spot in our neighborhood and right on our walking route on the Columbia Tap Trail. It's such a great spot to grab a quick pastry, kolache, or breakfast sandwich, and a delicious coffee. The butter chicken and nihari kolaches are super unique and both really great, recently they've been doing really fun filled croissants like Dubai chocolate and chocolate chip cookie, everything we've had has been really tasty. My go to is a cold brew, my fiancé swears by the chai, especially when adding an extra shot of espresso. The baristas are super friendly and always happy to help, thanks for being a staple in our home!"

"One of my favorite bakeries in all of Houston! All of the pastries are delicious and flavorful. You can tell they are made fresh daily. If you need a quick lunch, I recommend you get a pita pocket. They are filling and so flavorful. I love their seasonal menu items and the fact that they stay on top of trends in the pastry world"

"This place has been a favorite of mine since I first discovered it in July 2024. My initial experience was a 10/10—the Fruity Pebble Cereal Milk Latte and chocolate chip cookie were absolutely incredible, and I couldn't stop recommending it to my friends. Lately, I've noticed the experience has become a bit inconsistent. On my most recent visit, the pastries, a Shakshouka Danish, a Butter Chicken Kolache, and a Jalapeño Cheddar Kolache, were all delicious and solid, though they were served quite cold. I was able to warm them up at home, which made them perfect, but offering to heat them up for customers eating in or on the go would elevate the experience significantly. The coffee, however, hasn't lived up to my first experience. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte with oat milk, and the syrup-to-coffee ratio felt off. I could barely taste the pumpkin spice. This mirrored an issue I had on my last few visits. I'm wondering if there's been a change, as I remember their cups used to feature Blackwater Coffee Roasters, but that branding seems to be gone now, which could explain the shift in the coffee's taste. I'm a huge proponent of supporting small businesses and genuinely love their creativity. I will continue to be a customer for their pastries, but based on these recent visits, I'll likely be skipping the coffee."

"Outdoor coffee stand. The coffee & tea were forgettable, but the croissants were the star. The flaky shell literally melted in my mouth, and the chocolate filling tasted exactly how it should. Honestly, one of the best croissants I’ve had. 🥐 tried the salted caramel matcha and chai tea, not the best."

"Parking is limited in front of the shop. There might be more parking to the side of fhe building. The jalapeño kolache has some spice to it, which is enjoyed, and the dough is better than the dough from chains. The egg sandwich is delicious and filling. The pastries are decadent and you won't go wrong with what you order. I will return to try more."
