"This is in my top 5 for work space coffee. I love they roast their own coffee and the coffee menu is curated. I normally order drip coffee (which is great) but when I want a sweat treat their Chantilly Cream is heaven. You will find their roast in several Houston restaurants! They have a customer rewards program which is pretty cool and lot and street parking."

"New Heights Coffee Roasters has become my favorite coffee shop in Houston. I appreciate the passion and care their team has for coffee and all of their delicious offerings. So far I’ve had a lavender matcha, the “Chantilly” and the “The Clearing”. The Clearing was my favorite! I had it with the insanely good chai biscoff snickerdoodle. Try it! It will not disappoint!"

"A cute coffee shop if I ever saw one! Parking was a little tricky,but not a deterrent from stoping in.The staff was friendly and greeted me when I walked in.Ordered a Matcha w/oat and Vanilla syrup (it was mid), a breakfast taco(pictured), and a chocolate chip Banana bread (delicious). I didn’t get a chance to explore the other side of the café which looked really cute, but I’m sure I’ll visit again.There was plenty of seating-though a little uncomfortable after sitting for an hour—which makes it a good vibe for work or a nice place for a meet up."

"I really loved the ambiance, and overall the coffee itself was great. Unfortunately, the experience was negatively impacted by the customer service. I visited today and purchased both a drink and a bag of coffee beans. The barista mentioned there was a promotion offering a free drink with the purchase of beans and asked whether I wanted that or my original drink. She spoke very quickly, and I misunderstood, thinking I had to choose between the two rather than being able to receive both. Since I was really looking forward to the drink I originally ordered, I chose that option. When I noticed I was being charged for both the drink and the beans, I asked for clarification. After being told the drink was not included, I asked if I could still purchase my original drink and receive the promotional drink for my husband. The barista responded very rudely, saying, “No, it’s too late now, you’ve already checked out. I can’t reopen your order.” I was taken aback by the tone and lack of courtesy. While the coffee itself was excellent, unfriendly service can easily overshadow an otherwise great experience. Unfortunately, this interaction has made me hesitant to return. Great coffee, but friendlier, more accommodating service would make a huge difference."
