from Google"Brewery: Saint Arnold Biergarden City: Houston Texas Why would I come back: Stepped into a piece of Houston history at Saint Arnold Brewing Company to ight. Founded in 1994, this brewery, quite literally, pioneered the Texas craft beer culture. The main brewery dwarfs the skyline a North Houston monument to ales and lagers, the adjacent Biergarden & Restaurant is an idesl spot to enjoy it! A Ginormous outdoor space, welcomed me, and the warm inside area echos a chapel. Seating options are plentiful, ranging from communal picnic tables and four-top tables to relaxed Adirondack chairs. There's so much fun art, from the funky cars out front to the murals in each cathedral nook. The kitchen serves up a quirky menu of delicious fare, including stone-fired pizzas, Fancy Fries (Texan Fries anyone?), Crawfish Roll (Yum!), and some great appetizers. But the real star is the beer! With a tap wall featuring dozens of Saint Arnold brews, you'll find year-round favorites, seasonals, and special beers exclusive to the Beer Garden. Start with a flight and migrate to full pours of your favorite, maybe the Pumpkinator. Brewed on premise: Across the alley, you can see the fermenters with a backdrop of Downtown Houston. "I already been to Saint Arnolds for lunch and dinner, and the menu has some good vegan options. This time I give it a try for their new brunch, but it was very sad to see so little vegan options. Even the hummus platter I need to ask to opt out for the cream cheese, which is not fair to pay the same price and get less of the plate. However, the personnel and the environment is as good as before. Please make more room for plant-based options! Everybody eats plants, but not everybody eats animal flesh or their secretions."
"This was a nice spot. Great vibe. Tons of outdoor seating. Interior was cool with different themes nooks. Small shop to buy st.arnold merch. I had the IPA flight. Prices were decent. Service was good. Hummus was amazing!"
"The service staff were very friendly and knowledgeable inside and out of the restaurant. The food was excellent, every bite was full of flavor. Barrel aged chocolate Pumpkinator was rich, perfect for sipping on a cool day. The interior ambiance was a mix of artsy and fancy medieval. Garden had fun pumpkin inflatables. The drive through line flowed quickly - the team was organized and communicated well with each other....a lot of hustle! Its always fun to see the newest art car rotation. The tour guide was inviting and knowledgeable. Congrats on the recent awards! Brock should be very proud of his crew!"
"This place is still one of my favorite places to hang out. Great beverage and food choices. The outdoor seating area might get little noisy but it adds to the overall ambiance."
