"Never been to one before so it was quit the experience. The girls in front had great energy and were very helpful. I’ve never tried Klosache till today, Ham nncheese - quite tasty. The apple fritter was so good and so big. Nice little place with seating as well as drive thru. Open 7 days a week and you can begin your sugar rush at 5 am."

"I've grown up with Shipley's and do think they are one of the best in town. This particular Shipley though let's me down every time. Many times there are no selections after 9:30 and their filled donuts and bars have very little and sometimes close to no filling. Unfortunately I do not have many other breakfast choices as I work close to this location. Hoping they get better, but no changes in the two years I've been going."

The ambiance was lackluster, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing good service. The donuts themselves were a letdown. They lacked the freshness and flavor I was hoping for. The glaze was too sweet, and the dough was dense and chewy, not light and fluffy as a good donut should be. I tried a variety of flavors, but none of them stood out as particularly enjoyable. To top it off, the prices were higher than expected for the quality of the product. I left feeling unsatisfied and regretting my decision to give Shipley's a try. "This location looks shiny and new. But..the donuts were ice cold. Had to go park and go inside to use the microwave. Other locations do this for you if there not fresh. Other new locations don't have a problem with keeping fresh glazed..whats the problem here?? *** Employees should ALWAYS WEAR GLOVES when grabbing donuts. Especially after just touching some dirty money! *** I noticed this immediately from one of the employees. Other new locations I've been too, all workers bagging donuts have gloves on. It's the caring/sanitary thing to do. 😊"
