"This is one of my favorite specialty coffee spots in Texas. The baristas (Eric and Nick) are top notch, the coffee selections are great. I've had a handful of memorable espressos at Simply Coffee. All of the desserts are great, notably the espresso Basque cheesecake or the plain Basque cheesecake, which was better than any I had in Barcelona."

"Fantastic hot coffees of every kind. They have a huge variety of single origin espressos that you can do either as pourovers or milk-based drinks. We've had several different single origin cappuccinos and they've all been very different and very good. Very knowledgeable and friendly baristas, the shop is beautiful and has a very calm atmosphere, and the baked goods are also excellent. The also have a variety of really fantastic teas, including a couple I'd never had before. The iced drinks we've had there we were less impressed with, and it seems like most of the negative reviews are for iced drinks, so I might lean more towards their hot drinks. Also, their drinks can take a long time to come out, so I'd recommend going when you're not in a hurry."

"NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!! First of all the matcha was so bad, it was all milk and barely tasted like matcha. Second of all this tiny microscopic “matcha” was $10! That’s insane for a tiny cup, I took one sip and it’s halfway done. I was EXTREMELY disappointed, never going back! If you want good matcha go to Wild instead, it’s cheaper and it actually taste like matcha not milk, and it’s bigger than that joke of a matcha shot from this place. You can see in the third picture the difference between both matcha sizes and colors."

"5⭐ Absolutely beautiful place. The place is clean and organized, the barista was very nice and knowledgeable. I got a delicious drink but they do not play with their matcha, it was very strong that I couldn't finish it. I will be back though because there was some other stuff I wanted to try."

"This place is a treat! Their single origin coffees are exceptional. Their pastries are phenomenal also, truly just a delectable experience. I appreciate the knowledge of the owners and their recommendations every time. There’s limited parking but it comes with the area. It does get busy and the seats get filled up quickly!"
