"was shocked to find out an apartment complex has a location even tho i've never been. the purple rain and the with love latte. no substitutions or anything. it was very delicious. it was a clean space and near water. the with love reminds of my boomtown's spectre but more intense. the roast is strong but not acidic or bitter. would come back, i now see why people say slow poke is a must try and one of houston's best coffee shops. we also had the parfait and the breakfast taco. i think the parfait was small for the price but yogurt was sweet and taco was good, i wouldn't buy it again because i kinda wish it had potato in it but that's about it."

"An awesome, unique location and welcoming environment...embedded in the Rowan on the Trails apartment living complex on Deerwood in the Walnut Bend area. The food is delicious and healthy...something for everyone, and the STAFF...amazing! So nice and accommodating! If you need a place to study, work and have great drinks and food, this is your coffee shop! I love the chicken pesto flat bread, salmon bagel, and the empanadas with cilantro cream sauce."
