from Google & Yelp"What a great place to grab asian, fusion food that rotates often as well as their unique drink menu. I got the Third Place Matcha and their sando which were great. Super good service, clean spot with lots of seating and parking. The matcha was very refreshing which i enjoyed. The chips had a lime taste which i wasn’t a huge fan of. The sandwich was good, reminded more of a Bani Mi in terms of flavor than a japanese sando. Overall good spot and i would come back."
"I stopped by for breakfast at this adorable place! When you walk in, you get a nice aroma of coffee plus a little bit of relaxing hint of essential oils. They had really interesting fusion breakfast! I got the nutty cold brew with peanut foam and the quiche with Chinese broccoli. They also had typical breakfast stuff like espresso and breakfast tacos if that’s what you’re feeling. Adorable."
"Decided to give this coffee spot a try after reading the reviews. Was very hopefully going in but unfortunately we had a bland experience. The location itself is inside of Jun. Location is nice, definitely an aesthetically pleasing spot if you want to catch up a friend. Lots of students here on their laptops. It wasn’t a “quiet” place, there was some buzz and some tables where audible. Not a huge deal but if you’re trying to have a quiet 1 on 1 this is not the spot. We ordered 2 lattes and a chicken salad. Presentation for both items fell extremely short for what they are charging. I get it, they have to pay rent and their employees but you would expect a little more from the prices and the location. It definitely wants to give off vibes of a higher end cafe but it just falls short. Nothing against the employees as we were treated just fine. If you look at my pictures, we ordered two lattes, flavor was decent, not the best and not the worse, the problem is you’re paying $7 and they don’t even fill up the cup. If you look at my reviews, I go to a lot of coffee shops, price to experience here is way off. As an example I’ve attached a photo of a latte I drank the following day, was charged $4.50 and it was FULL on a bigger cup and at a location that was comparable to this. The chicken salad was a huge letdown. For $9 you got less for then a lunchables. I would avoid this item and all other like items. Presentation was very poor and the chicken salad was plain. Lastly, they had zero pastries when we showed up. Not a big deal, but they have about 5/7 employees cooking off to the side you would think they could make some more throughout the day. Parking is also a hit or miss as the location is shared with other shops and parking spots are very limited. There’s construction going on and street parking is also hard to find. Overall, I can not recommend this place if you want to get a good experience with your drinks/food. Good place if you want to sit and catch up with a friend or study and have no interest in getting any items to eat."
"(Yes it’s the same location as Jun). If this ain’t the best cup of cappuccino I’ve ever had…wow. I was blown away by the flavor. Instant 5 stars when a cafe has amazing coffee. The vibes were also great. The music was relaxing, lots of mood lighting, great and fast service. I went during the day to work a bit and there was plenty of space and the decor was super cute. Not a lot of parking. Carpool if possible or park along the side neighborhood."
"Wow. What an incredible find! I went for some coffee but left with a whole gourmet meal! The cold brew with piloncillo and peanut foam was incredibly flavorful and such a fun twist on flavors I grew up with. I also tried out their limited time salad that included eggplant, shrimp, and a variety of elements that I wouldn’t think to pair together. Definitely keep this place in mind for coffee, bites, and a place to work/study."
"I had no idea this place existed. I actually found it the way I find most new spots, by typing "coffee" into the Maps search bar and checking what is..."
