What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"True Anomaly Brewing Company is a great local spot with a clean, open vibe and plenty of room to settle in. The space is thoughtfully laid out, with different areas for different kinds of groups — whether you want to play board games, watch TV, grab a seat at the long bar, or just hang out with friends. The bartender was friendly, and there’s a solid variety of beers on tap along with plenty of 6‑packs to go. The dog‑friendly patio is a highlight, especially with its large communal tables that make it easy to relax outside. There’s parking available, though it can get busy on weekends, especially with nearby attractions drawing crowds. Still, once you’re inside, the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with a chill, friendly crowd that makes it easy to enjoy your time. A fun, easygoing brewery with lots of space, good beer, and a comfortable vibe — definitely worth a stop. Note: no food menu"
"Brewery: True Anomaly Brewing Company City: Houston Texas Why would I come back: Leaning on the in Houston's "Space City" foundation, True Anomaly Brewing Company was founded by former NASA colleagues, bringing a focused, experimental spirit to the craft beer world. Since opening in EaDo (East Downtown, which wasn't a thing when I frequened Houston), they've blasted off, winning several awards, including a couple at GABF and Brewery of the Year at the Texas Craft Brewers Cup multiple times. Step into their modern, industrial taproom perfect for a quick pint, happy hour gathering, or a chill spot for a weekend quaff. This location, in the heart of EaDo, pulses with the energy and diversity of Houston. It’s a dynamic, evolving neighborhood that mirrors True Anomaly's commitment to celebrating Houston's cultural diversity. It's more than a brewery; it's a launchpad for your fermented expedition in H-Town. "Ambiance: Super fun space themed brewery with really cool lights, decor, and art scattered around inside. They have merch available & ample seating, including a bar area and couches/tables. Games available to play near the couches. There is also an outdoor patio space and bar is very dog friendly! All of the beers we tried were amazing! I personally loved Jupiter Drops - an IPA with lactose (so unique!) and the other IPA we tried was also very good. You do have to pay for taste samples, which seemed a bit eh if you're visiting for the first time and just trying 1 or two beers before committing... Great smaller brewery spot in the EADO area. I would go back for sure and bring one of my dogs!"
"What a cool place. Take a group of Friend with you and enjoy a relaxed environment. Grab a delicious beer while you’re at it and place a couple table games."
"Hernandez behind the bar was extremely welcoming and generous. We dipped in day drinking and found this gem. The young “bombshell Raiders fan” was also so inviting and personable. The beer was cold and delicious and the brewery was spotless. )slow hand clapping) Hope to be back soon"
