What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"As someone who is usually anti-gluten free, I found the food at Vibrant to be a fresh and delicious take on a normally bland/boring subset of diet culture. While the prices are higher than some other cafes in Houston, you’re paying for the prime location, ambiance, and quality of organic products. I especially enjoyed the matcha and lime cloud drinks, and the avocado toast with chili crisp was particularly moreish. I wish I could order a bag of their homemade oat bread! The service was warm and friendly thanks to Jessie. You could tell she was passionate about the menu and the cafe’s mission of providing high quality and delectable food."
"HERE is another one of those hidden gems. My wife and I are expanding our bike path exploring and we rolled past this little cafe on the path. In Memorial park. Everything, yes everything they make from fresh ingredients… each and every day. Clean food, daily made cashew milk, pancakes that blew me away! I honestly was concerned if they would “taste like cardboard” like many all natural healthy foods do. The pro-biotic coconut cream with a splash of lemon curd on top was a massive surprise to my taste buds. I normally do not like anything with coconut but this is quite the exception. Grab your walking/running shoes or bikes and make a stop here after a good workout. There were many people in business attire meeting friends or clients as well."
"How do I kindly review a place that is beautiful to sit at and enjoy? Yet cant get behind the prices and amount of coffee for the price. The pastry I had was yum, but not 6 bucks yum. The shot of coffee for 5 bucks seems a bit much. I feel like im back in LA paying for overpriced coffee. Im not even sure it was hand dripped. Cool place for running and dog hang outs though."
"I love their food, and they also have some decent drinks (not coffee). Their biggest advantages are the location and the atmosphere, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to make me come here every day. I absolutely fell in love with their gnocchi, so once a week I stop by just to enjoy that dish. The main issue is consistency. Almost every time I visit, something is unavailable - sometimes there’s only one or two milk options, other times certain food items are missing. Today, I came in and they were closing earlier than expected. I have never once been able to order everything that’s listed on their menu. If a coffee shop is open until 4, coffee should be served until 4 - or at least until 3:30. It’s frustrating to arrive during posted hours and be told that drinks are no longer available. This place has so much potential, and I truly wish it lived up to it. I would love to come here every day and happily spend my money on good food and drinks. Unfortunately, the lack of organization and attention from management really shows. I genuinely hope the owner pays more attention to the business, because this place could be amazing."
