"Xela is a new spot for me but it has quickly arisen to be one of my favorite coffee shops in town. Their unique roast and fermentations always have such a depth of flavor that isn’t matched by many in Houston. You can tell the baristas here love coffee and that’s what matters most to me. The location is also killer and the art on display really makes this place sing. I drove past this place hundreds of times but finally giving it a shot is well worth it. Truly a gem!"
