"This review is only for their roasted bean. I have not tried their coffee in store. The product (espresso) the beans is not bad. For me, there was way too much chaff in the beans. I had to spend too much time trying to get as much out as possible, and even then, it made the home brewing process more messy than it should be. I get zero chaff from other local and online roasters, so I was surprised when I tried this place for the first time. Inside was nice, cozy, and welcoming. The employees were nice. I even emailed about all the chaff, and they responded really fast. No issues with customer service. I'd go back to try a coffee from them, but as far as buying roasted beans, a chaff catcher would be a great addition to their process to clean up the packaging of the beans."

"I was looking for a “small business” coffee shop to listen to a training so I came here based on reviews and Babylon did not disappoint! My drink had that thick froth that lasts until the drink is gone, very rare with a lot of coffee shops I’ve been to lately. The music was a nice touch but soft enough to still hear conversations, study, or relax. Bonus for it being Christian music, I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s mine and I loved it! I also ordered a muffin (Rasberry) and it was probably the best muffin I’ve ever had! It was very soft & moist, had really good flavor, and the only bad thing I can say about it is I was sad when it was gone! If you want really sweet this isn’t your muffin but if you like soft muffins with good flavor and subtle sweetness, you have to get one. I really wish I lived closer but I would probably spend way too much if I was!"
