What People Are Saying
from Google"There’s drink promotions posted around the establishment. Service was fast but my order was wrong. Staff recommended the autumn caramel swirl. It was okay but I requested it to be blended not iced. The beverage had more ice than I would like. This was a reminder to only order hot coffee. Compared to other coffee shops Scooters is a bit below 3 stars in my opinion. Note: My rating may reflect the person who prepared my drink. I'll have to visit a different location to compare."
"Jonathan is the most personable, friendly and cool barista we’ve ever talked to! I hope he stays at this location and gets promoted to manager if he isn’t yet because he is awesome! All good vibes- amazing customer service and made my husband and I feel so special! I recommend the pumpkin spice caramelicious! We will definitely be coming back"
"I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with my caramel Frappuccino. It was missing the whipped cream, which was a major bummer, and the flavor was way too sweet. To top it all off, the drink tasted watered down, which was a total letdown."
"Everytime I go here the coffee tastes watered down and too sweet - not to the fault of the baristas, I think it’s their recipes and whatever espresso they use. If you like it to have a strong espresso / coffee taste, that’s not what you’re going to get here. Last time I ordered my drink with an extra shot and it didn’t help, and was $8 for a single drink. Their food is decent and they are quick and friendly though."
"TL;DR: moral review Very surprised this is the last standing scooters in the mid cities area. Considering once this location was built is when the scooters in NRH, Grapevine, and even the OG colleyville started shutting down. This location is actually when we started turning against scooters. They took a parking lot and removed valuable parking spaces for local business (bacons, etc)... Every single this location was built things been going downhill for scooters in this Area. Their cold brew is actually okay. But compared to other locations (kindreds, Babylon, 151, black rock, black rifle, Dunkin) it's not worth the price or the trip to here. Overall: surprised this scooter still exists when it was the vanguard for their massive closures"
