"I had been seeing a lot of influencer videos about these fruit-based desserts that looked very similar to the famous California and Los Angeles-style dessert cups, so I was really excited to finally try them. Based on all the hype online, my expectations were quite high. When I visited the shop, the desserts looked visually appealing and well-presented, which initially impressed me. I tried a raspberry dessert and a mango dessert. The raspberry one tasted fairly normal and didn’t really stand out. The mango dessert was better in comparison, but still not as flavorful or exciting as I expected from the reviews I had seen online. I also bought two thick slices of pistachio dessert. They were decent and enjoyable, but again, nothing extraordinary. Overall, my experience was good, especially since it was my first time trying this place. The desserts were okay and satisfying, but they didn’t fully live up to the hype created on social media. I would say it’s worth trying once out of curiosity, but it’s more of a one-time visit for me."

"We got the Mango Mousse, the brown kanafah, the adeni chai, and the San Sebastian cheesecake. The atmosphere was very nice and clean, we were there for about an hour, and very comfortable as well. The Kanafah was okay, nothing too notch from what we were told and expecting. The chai was good, and felt very warming inside. The san Sebastian cheesecake was also okay. The mango mousse was like...not what we were expecting. Usually most of these mousse cakes have 3-4 layers inside of the chocolate but this felt like it was a whipping cream filling with mango chunks inside. It tasted okay. Everything else, the staff, and service was great as well."

"Great spot for Middle Eastern sweets! The pastry selection is amazing the Baklava taste and looks fantastic. Tres Leches cake was really good and perfectly moist. I wasn't a fan of the Pistachio Teramisu, though—it was a bit too salty for my taste. Stick to the cakes and baklava and their ice cream will not in my list as well"

"My coworker told me about this place and said that their desserts are very good, so I decided to come here last night after work to try their ice cream. I was excited especially after seeing the variety of tasty looking treats that they had until the guy who took my order gave me a poor customer experience when I asked about their ice cream he kept insisting that I buy the strawberry cup that was already made on the counter. I didn't really want it especially after seeing that it wasn't cold because I wanted a cold dessert or ice cream. When I asked him what's inside he just kept saying trust me you will like it so I said ok. I also ordered another dessert that was a pudding with shaved almonds on top. when he went to get it a crowd came in and he started serving them and totally forgot about me, I had to go over to the other side to ask him about my desert which he gave me another desert because he forgot what I ordered. also there was no friendly welcome from any of the staff at all. no smiles, hello, or welcome to bigdash. after leaving a tasting the popular strawberry cup I did not like it because of the sweet crunchy things inside of the cream and there was very little cream drizzled inside however the pudding cup was delicious. In my opinion, the strawberry cup is over priced for what you get. Overall my experience wasn't good and I'm not sure if I will give it another try. I would like to say to the owner make sure that your staff are friendly to all customers no matter their race because you never know who will come to your place of business expecting great service and a great customer experience and word of mouth gets around. Understand that Irving/Las Colinas is very diverse which means that you will get all race of people especially if you currently have a popular desert that many will come to try."

"Tried the dubai crepe really huge portion and generous filling. We were helped by Ibrahim I believe, he’s so kind and great conversationalist. The crepe is super rich can definitely feed 3/4 people, we were three adults and a toddler and we had plenty leftover. They also make my most favorite kunafa, really great vibes overall love bringing visiting family and friends here."
