"I love their coffee — it tastes even better than Starbucks! There’s one barista here who clearly knows what he’s doing — he made the best coffee I’ve had all week. As a barista myself, I know the key is having the right person behind the bar, and when you do, the coffee really shines. That said, some of the newer staff seem inexperienced and could use improvement in their service manners and attitude. A simple greeting or smile goes a long way, especially in customer service. I truly hope this place continues to grow and do well because their coffee is damn good. With just a bit more focus on service, they could easily become the best coffee spot around."

"I'm here now and the lady taking my order is rude, very short when speaking to me...no eye contact... really draining to my current good mood.... I've been here twice before and had a pretty good experience. This is definitely having me questioning my future visits. I ordered snicker doodle shaken espresso for myself 😋😋 which is delicious and for my daughter I ordered an iced chai 🥰"

"Coffee Fellows was okay for me. I stopped in for a drink and a small snack, and while the place was clean and the staff was polite, the drink itself was just average and didn’t have much flavor. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t really stand out either. The vibe was nice enough to sit for a bit, but nothing really made the visit memorable. Solid, but not great."

"I was visiting from out of town and this was a great find while shopping! Arlett was so nice helping me and recommended I try the white hazelnut macchiato and it was soo good. The chocolate croissant was really great too."

"I used to like stopping here on my way to work because the people were friendly and the food was decent, but I went into pay and they wouldn’t take my cash as payment. Sorry, not everybody wants to use a stupid credit card to pay for such a silly thing like a coffee. So annoying, I will never go back here nor anybody I work with go here again because it’s such a stupid decision on their part. Do better or go out of business."
