While it was a bit sweeter than expected, the flavors were still unique. I’ll definitely be returning to try it again with reduced sugar and to explore more of the menu offerings. From the pop-up stand in Fulshear to this cute, boutique coffee shop in Katy, I am so excited they are in our backyard community! Becca, the owner of Happy Cactus, has such an inviting and energetic personality. The best part is her stellar array of drinks. She knows how to be a barista/coffee connoisseur.
