"Donuts are the winners here. I didn't realize their kolaches weren't a daily prepared item and regretted them from the first bite. If you want donuts...Great! If you want lolaches I'd recommend you stop at a mom and pop location so you can get something fresh that you'll enjoy! They really need to rethink them."

"Sunday is always a decent donut day. So, we went with Shipley Do-Nuts. Grabbed an apple fritter, old fashioned cinnamon roll and maple bacon raised donut. My wife has dubbed the fritter as the best she has had (good chucks of apple) but we have tried it there before so she thinks they are just inconsistent. The maple bacon was exactly as advertised. My only issue is with the cinnamon roll. Old fashioned or not, you should see or taste cinnamon in there. The nuts are alright but it tasted more like a sweet bread or light honey but I will not order that there if we come back again."

"The brand itself it a good company I have been to several around the Killeen area but none of them did me how this establishment has. I purchased a kolache and it was uncooked, very doughy , I called to inform them and they stated to bring it back and it will be replaced. I declined the replacement because I was heading to an appointment and I just wouldn’t trust another from them since the first one was like that. Manager had no empathy, only wanted me to waste more time to bring back a uncooked 3.00 kolache. I surely did take it back to get my money back and still nothing for my inconvenience. All good because I left my review to warn others. Please check the items, I would have been sick as a dog two days before thanksgiving"

"Employees sitting on their phones. No refills on fountain drinks or coffee. Seriously, no coffee refills! Didn’t identify which kolache had jalapeños. There are other locations with much better employees and service. Maybe the ones in Temple are just run better."
