"While visiting from Maryland and at the advice of my goddaughter, I stopped in here to experience this chain’s donuts. The place seemed clean the lady behind the counter was polite. Being a first time customer, I procrastinated while reading all of the options, I thought she’d jump in and ask either what I typically like OR if it was my first time and attempt to help me out with a run down of offerings, neither happened. I went with a six pack and choose what I could see only to realize after they were packed that the “cake” style donuts I saw online were directly in the casing under the front counter, I did ask for one of these just to try. I wanted the donuts to be superior to the factory churned donuts made at Dunkin but they actually were not. I will eat donuts from DD but I know exactly what to expect and I expected more from here. The flavors were okay., regular glazed, white iced w/coconut, chocolate w/ walnuts, glazed buttermilk cake and I forget the others. The donuts were decent but they did not WOW me. I would equate the donut quality to the same as DD. I did not feel like they were freshly baked on site but they got eaten. I love the outside esthetic though, it’s inviting."

"Place has gone down hill. I Went early Saturday morning to pick up a dozen dinouts. There was no way these donuts were fresh and made the same day. They were disgusting, hard as rocks. They were not edible and I threw them out. I will never return. Customer service was horrible. If you hate your job that much, stay hime. It takes zero effort to be pleasant to customers"

"I went by there this morning and got two donuts and two white milk to take to work, when I got to work after I opened one up and took a gulp of sour milk . I looked at the expiration date and they where both expired. I tried calling up there it went to voice mail I left a message and still haven't heard back from them . Make sure you check the dates before they sell you milk that has been expired for a week."

"What is going on with donut establishments!!?? You guys used to be a place to go for the greeting, customer service and above all great delicious, fresh great looking donuts!! Not anymore! Now we get wrinkled dried up, oil filled pieces of dough! A 5am donut and a 10am donut should look the same and taste the same! Customer service is out the door! Now everyone working there looks miserable, inpatient and ready to close the doors! You guys really need to pay attention to what your previous clients tried to tell you!! You guys used to give away the donut holes for free, just because! Not anymore! You get to wake up and make donuts! How terrible of a person do you have to be to ruin that!!?? Won’t be going back!"
