"I have always been a big fan of the Herbalife protein. To me, it tastes better the Whey protein that other shake places use. I had heard rave reviews of this place, so I decided to to pop in. There is a temporary light in front of Lehman High School, so depending on which side of the road you are coming from, it can be a little tricky getting into the very small parking lot, as cars back up waiting for the light to change. When I went in they had 3 TV screens with their menu. I am also a big fan of this. It clearly shows the products they offer and the prices. I ordered a shake I normally got. I made small talk with the owner, who said he was new to the business. I told him a former Shake place owner got me to buy a mini doughnut maker and I was making protein doughnuts now. The owner only offered one size, a large, which was perfect because that is exact what I would have ordered. I am glad to see that we have options for shake places here in Kyle, Some of the other locations can be a bit "hit or miss". If you want a healthy snack, be sure to give this place a try."

"I got the banana coconut smoothie bowl , I added chocolate chips instead of the coconut flakes and it was DELICIOUS! So fresh, served right out the blender, the quality of how fresh everything was will have me come back here. It’s locally owned, opened for about 5 months and I wish them success because I’ve been to many places and this was the best . Prices are good, clean environment, very welcoming and amazing customer service! They also offer low sugar, high protein flavored drinks/ smoothies so definitely will replace my sugar free red-bull with their drinks going forward!!"

"Finally got to try this place- 10/10 on first impression. I forgot to catch her name but, the lady who greeted me was awesome. She made the best recommendation. Prices arent bad- roughly $9 each drink but youre allowed to adjust how much caffeine?! That is awdsome and I will be back😁"
