"Stopped into Shipley’s in Kyle around 9:45 am on a Friday and unfortunately the customer service really missed the mark. The woman at the counter was so unfriendly... no greeting, no acknowledgement when we walked in, and the whole interaction felt like we were inconveniencing her just by ordering. When I asked how she was doing she replied "fine" with a gross attitude/look on her face. On a positive note, the holiday decorations are super cute and festive. The taro blended drink was delicious (very sweet), and their donuts and kolaches are always amazing. The food and atmosphere were great, but it really sucks when the experience is overshadowed by a total lack of friendliness or basic customer service. Hoping management can address this, because the quality of the food deserves better service to match."

"This is a wonderful place. The service was incredible even though it was so early in the morning. The donuts were delicious and I was able to get a great deal for a full team of employees. I had to do a last minute pickup with coffee, and they didn't seem annoyed or anything. I really appreciated the time they took to make sure my order was perfect, Even though it was last minute, thank you"
