"Came here for the first time with my wife. Ordered what was recommended by the staff which was the Taro Cream Blast tea and the Red Panda Brown Sugar Black tea. Both were pretty refreshing and delicious, but nothing special or unique about this place. The tapioca or boba balls are fresh and chewy, just like it’s supposed to be. Overall, decently priced for the normal sized boba drinks. Staff were friendly and fast. Lots of dining tables to hangout at and lots of parking."

"Love Teapioca Lounge everywhere we go! They make fast, flavorful teas that are a fun experience for all ages and family members. It looks like you can't customize the sugar levels like at some other chains, but just ask and the employees can let you know if they can reduce/increase the sugar content for you. Bonus for this chain: red pandas have always been my favorite animal."

"I love Teapioca and that they have such a great topping assortment and make their own tea blends. But as someone with ADHD and a breastfeeding mom, I do my best to avoid caffeine, especially in the afternoon. I ordered a herbal tea that is indicated to not have any, but after I felt a kick I googled what goes into Summer Eye Candy blend. It's based on purple tea which has an amount of caffeine comparable to green tea. The menu near the register said it had no caffeine and featured this blend along others that are caffeine free. You've got to change that menu so it's accurate. I won't be able to sleep tonight and would like to be contacted regarding a compensation."
