What People Are Saying

from Google & Yelp

"I was there on a Sunday around 1pm. Good customer service. There was no wait. We got a fideo soup free to start, good fideo soup. We got our food without waiting too long. Food was good. Good temperature. Good presentation. For sure, I would come back."

"Very good brunch spot. They served a little soup while waiting for our meal. The Chilaquiles were delicious, and the portions were appropriate. I strongly encourage you to try them out! There are downsides, though. The music was a little too loud to carry a conversation across the table. Also, the server didn't speak English to us."

"Lovely place to have breakfast or brunch. Cozy atmosphere and cool decoration, including some pieces that were comissioned directly from the artist. Everything we ordered was good. Their grilled concha is a must-try if you like sweet bread, the toasted butter gives it a nice touch. The egg and bacon bolillo made for a tasty, filling breakfast. The french toast is crispy and sweet, one of the best I've tried and the fruit was super fresh. A good surprise from the menu was the Mokalita, a delicious mocha made with Abuelita chocolate and coffee. Highly recommend! Went back on another occasion and tried their Pesto Salmon for lunch, it was also very tasty and filling."

"Easy to find restaurant and a beautiful setting. Parking can be limited at busy hours but it’s worth it. The coffee was delicious and there are plenty of selections for coffee. The food was prepared fresh and the staff is very friendly. The price is very affordable and won’t break your bank. I will certainly return and try the other dishes. They do have daily specials."

"Bolillos YOU RUINED what was supposed to be a special day! I went for birthday brunch and the service was horrible. First, they couldn’t store our cake in the back because the waiter said the owner doesn’t allow it since they themselves sell cakes so we kept our cake at the table. Next, we had to wave them down to take our order and ask for refills on the coffee. Mind you, there was only 3 other tables seated. Also, several menu prices said “MKT” for simple dishes such as eggs or soup, etc. You’d expect that from steaks and seafood. In the end we waited a good 5 minutes for the server to take note of us to get our tab. We ended up taking our cake back home because they never offered us a knife or plates to cut our cake. They literally ignored our table. SO DISAPPOINTING!!!! Bolillos you ruined a birthday!"

"Altamente recomendable, los mejores chilaquiles que he probado en Laredo. Todo el personal muy atento y te atienden con rapidez, todos muy amables; muy..."
