from Google & Yelp"I stopped by Gloria’s Café today and the place was pretty empty, but the service was fantastic. I’m pretty sure the person who helped me was either the owner or the manager because she gave me exceptional attention. I asked for a latte that actually tastes like coffee, and she delivered. She mentioned they don’t roast in-house but use a Nicaraguan–Mexico blend. The flavor was smooth, rich, and definitely tasted like coffee—maybe could be slightly stronger, but still really good overall. What truly stood out to me was the atmosphere. The café has a really cool vibe, and the cup my drink came in might be one of the best-looking coffee cups I’ve ever seen—bright pink and yellow, very Mexican-inspired, and super eye-catching. Overall, I really recommend this little coffee spot in Laredo. Great service, great vibe, and a solid latte. My Rating: 7.5/10"
"I love Gloria's! The coffee is fantastic, the staff is welcoming, and the space is perfect for settling in to study or work. My only consistent issue is the loudness of the music. It often makes it hard to concentrate and stay productive without noise-canceling headphones. It is also hard to hold a conversation at times. While I appreciate the vibe, if the volume could be kept at a moderate, background level, this would be the absolute best workspace in the city! Great coffee, amazing service!"
"Came here about a week ago, Valentines weekend and I loved it so much! Definitely coming back. I tried the iced horchata latte, which was a bit too sweet for me. My friend had this other latte with pecans, I think. But this is such a cute and awesome place to hang out!"
"I went by Gloria’s Coffee Truck this morning before leaving back home from the thanksgiving holiday and boy do they have something special going on. The attention to detail crafting every drink, having some small talk and connecting with friends, you need to visit and support this small business. Great coffee, great people, I hope to see them in San Antonio, Texas one day!"
"Good coffee, but the pride and Palestinian flags make the place feel more political than welcoming. As a conservative parent, I’d prefer a neutral atmosphere—especially when my 8-year-old starts asking about the flags."
