"This was a fantastic experience. Jesus gave us a lecture on the entire process fo coffee making, with a focus on Colombian coffee. He taught us how to cup so that we could compare different beans, roasts, and wash processes. I make coffee with hand pour, and he had some great pointers as well. Jesus made me look good: I had a friend visiting from Japan who loves coffee, and this was the perfect thing to take him to do.
