"Scooters Coffee: A Disheartening Experience for Families We were genuinely excited when Scooters Coffee advertised a fun fall activity — kids could paint a pumpkin, bring it in, and receive a free kids drink. It sounded like a sweet way to celebrate the season and engage the community. My child spent time and effort decorating their pumpkin, proud and eager to share it. But when we brought it in, we were met with confusion and disappointment. The staff told us the promotion had ended on October 15. The problem? The flyer we received had no date listed for when the pumpkins were due. No expiration, no deadline — just a cheerful promise of a free drink for participating kids. When we arrived, they still accepted the pumpkin but refused to honor the free drink. Worse, when I tried to voice my concern, I was met with indifference. No apology, no acknowledgment of the misleading flyer — just a shrug and a refusal. If this promotion was meant to encourage families and bring joy to kids, it failed spectacularly. Instead of feeling welcomed, we felt dismissed. Scooters has lost our trust — and our business. Families deserve better than vague promises and poor customer service."

"I would give this place a 5 star if it weren’t for their management. I love the drinks and friendly staff but their management is very stingy. They charge for tap water and don’t allow to specialize child desserts to just whip cream and drizzle for no apparent reason. I keep going because the staff and drinks are tasty though."
