Gave me my drink not even a have a good day, nothing, so robot like. makes me not even want to go there anymore. Boba is great place is great, but the workers need to do better."

"I always order the milk tea with either regular tapiocas or honey boba. It just depends on who makes it and I can confidently say Kiersten has no idea what she’s doing. Every single time she’s there and I just so happen to order my drink it’s completely watered down, there is barely any of the tea in my drink and the coconut chunks are everywhere. This NEVER happens when I order my drink with someone else. It’s always her. The very first time I came across her she took more than 10 minutes to make my drink I’m not sure if she was alone which is understand but she handed it to me sticky, wet, and full of junk all over the cup. I hate to complain about the small things but man, it’s every single time she’s makes me milk tea it does not taste the same when someone else makes it and I order it the same every time. Maybe consider her for cashier instead. She always appears nervous at the window as well the times I’m face to face with her. Her drinks are a 1/5. Sorry."

"The barista who assisted me in my order has great customer service and helped me pick my 1st drinks here! Coconut milk tea with mango, awesome choice. Vanilla latte can't really go wrong with that. The environment is calm and spunky and all the other employees were cute and sweet. Keep up the good work guys!"

"Went in for our usual tea after Baseball, The store was an absolute disaster and trash was everywhere. The staff was amazing, but were severely overwhelmed, dealing with all of the kids. There were a lot of kids outside riding electric scooters and golf carts, and almost struck my vehicle."
