"I’m a big fan of Feng Cha and usually get it 2–3 times a week. I love the Carrollton, Allen, and The Colony locations, but this visit was disappointing. I ordered coffee jelly, got grass jelly instead…and when I pointed it out, the remake was still just grass jelly with coffee flavor. It seemed the staff didn’t know the difference. I was really looking forward to that drink…coffee jelly usually balances the sweetness perfectly, but this one ended up just bitter. I’m writing this review to encourage better training and consistency across locations, and to share my disappointment as a loyal fan who truly values Feng Cha’s usual quality and hopes this location can improve."
