"This location, unfortunately, ranks among the poorest-performing shops I have visited in the DFW area. On multiple occasions, staff have shown little willingness to accommodate even the most modest customer requests. Each time I inquired about the availability of warm glazed donuts—a reasonable ask at any reputable donut establishment—I was met with a flat refusal. At well-operated locations, I am accustomed to being offered an estimated wait time or, at the very least, guidance on when fresh batches might be available. During my most recent visit, just before 9 a.m., a significant portion of their menu was already “sold out,” yet no alternative suggestions or solutions were offered. For travelers or Houston-area natives seeking a familiar taste of home, I strongly recommend avoiding this particular shop. I sampled several items from what remained, and regrettably, they were among the least impressive donuts I have ever encountered. In a market that sets high expectations for quality and hospitality, this location falls markedly short."
