from Google & Yelp"I am so torn. Usually when I don't like something I move on and don't come back. My wife owns a business and said now a days writing a review is good for the business, whether good or bad so they can fix things. Well the reason I am writing a review is because I really love your coffee. It tastes great. Yesterday was the first time I tried it since the cup I had at the U&I conference. So yesterday I got my 32 oz yeti filled up for $3.25. Not only was that a great and fair price but the coffee was absolutely perfectly made for me, Hot & Dark. Loved it. Today I didn't have my Yeti and ordered your largest cup (I guess it was 16oz. and asked for an everything toasted, buttered bagel. When I get to the window the girl told me it was $9 and change. Now I come from NYC and I know a bagel there isn't $6. I was thinking the coffee which was half the size of the one I got yesterday was about $3.25. SO I asked her to drop the bagel and I'll just get the coffee. So she said ok and the coffee came out to $4.29. So this is where I'm stunned. Yesterday I paid $3.25 for 32oz's and today I paid $4.29 for 16 oz's. So anyway, just to let you know. Customer service was great though. I am an AVID coffee drinker, like I drink it all day and a cup at night. I don't know if I'd be back. Thank you for reading this. I hope it helps."
"By far my favorite coffee shop in Lubbock. I moved away a few months ago and still miss being able to enjoy the holiday drinks. Not only does this place have an insane variety of flavors but also food items. Every new menu dropped, I end up with a new favorite item. I always have the most pleasurable experience here from the baristas to the taste. Will forever miss this place "
"Had very good black coffee. My wife had a very good latte. I used the drive through for no wait. I dont know why there is no wait maybe they are new. I only visit Lubbock but when I come back this will be in my rotation! Service is also excellent."
"super girlypop place if youre into that vibe. Their chai is a top 3 in lbbk for me but it might run a little bit stronger on the ginger and clove for other people. The drive thru is a little bit weirdly laid out but thats 100% not their fault and you figure it out fairly quickly. edit : ive tried their bagels and almond cream cake, theyre not overly sweet. 10/10"
"I use to go to this coffee shop 2-3x a week. The coffee was always good and hot. In the past several months we would try the monthly featured drinks and be disappointed. So we chose to stick to the regular menu and things we knew we liked. And now for the past 4 visit, every time we order a 20oz and it barely fills half the cup. They fill the rest with foam and say it’s a 20oz. I feel robbed every time when it’s nearly an $8 coffee. We hadn’t been through the holiday season in hopes they would bring back the dream weaver (our fav monthly drink) in Jan. They did we were there Jan. 2nd to try it. Got a 20oz, cup had maybe 12oz of coffee in it. It was lukewarm and it tasted awful. After many second chances we can’t justify going back. Sad this place fell off."
"Friendly staff and a cute place to have coffee and meet friends. The assessment was clean and they also sell clothing at the other end of the store."
