"**Hidden GEM Alert** This place is amazing!! First off, the coffee is great! Not too expensive at all. They have a few snacks like muffins and whatnot and they're delicious. But the best part is there is an epic covered patio outside over looking the water! Beautiful scenery outside for sure. You can even rent kayaks! Definitely a spot you need to check out and bring the family if you'd like. It's also a great spot to just go and relax by yourself, as that area of Lubbock is not used as much, which makes it perfect!"

"Atmosphere is great. The coffee shop is located inside the radio station, and has indoor seating and outdoor seating that overlooks the water. People working are so nice and helpful, food is good for the most part, coffee is excellent one of my favorite coffee spots."

"Five star location; two star coffee (latte and cappuccino tasted the same and the coffee wasn't very strong); one star food (the sad excuse for scone were little more than scaps of dough (I'll give extra credit for creative choices in Chai and Pumpkin, but the execution was worse than generic mass produced store bought). Memo to ownership - please try to reduce waste by serving scones on reusable plates or on serving paper. Your server put both our scones into cardboard boxes which immediately went into the trash. Unnecessary waste"
