"I brought my family here for a quick surprise visit for my daughter’s birthday. We love finding local speciality coffee locations. Both the espresso based drinks and black drip coffee were delicious, some of the best I have had in my travels. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere is very chill, masculine and inviting. Love everything about the unique location even if the entrance is odd and uninviting (you enter through the back…what use to be the front of the coffee shop). My only complaints (maybe it was an off day, I would like to try it again). The scones lack substance, they are airy and need more butter so they are crumbly and dense. Also the carrot cake lacked flavor and was dry. Not impressed by the quality of food, however the quality of coffee was such I gave 5 stars. Hope to come back soon."

"Stunning new location by Barbarossa and they are serving the same great coffee we know and love!! We are frequent visitors of their Tomball location on 2920 and I can confidently say their HQ is just as amazing! High quality coffee served by the friendliest baristas! This is a huge space with plenty of tables to sip and lounge. We love ordering their pastries, breakfast tacos, and extra shot vanilla lattes 🤠 We would love to see a bike rack down the road for those of us coming from the neighborhood! Looking forward to many more trips here ☕️"

"I visited Barbarossa Coffee Shop today, and it was truly an impressive experience. The moment you walk in, the place gives off a sense of quality—modern design, a spacious layout, and a very warm atmosphere. The service was incredibly smooth. The baristas were friendly, professional, and clearly know what they’re doing. The americano I tried, along with the fresh treats, were absolutely excellent. Barbarossa has definitely brought new energy to the area. With its high-quality coffee and inviting environment, this is a spot I’ll be visiting often. Highly recommend stopping by!"

"Ever since this place opened, it’s been my go to spot for both schoolwork and regular work. I love the atmosphere, along with the drinks and food they offer. I would highly recommend it if you’re looking to try something new. I consider it to be a hidden gem and a nice change from other coffee places. "If you’re looking for a place to study, research, or read this place is great. Atmosphere is calm, clean, and refreshing. It’s my second time coming here. Staff has been friendly both times. Mark goes out of his way to make sure people feel welcome and taken care of. I had an earl grey with lavender and grilled cheese with soup. Both were very good."
