"I have been coming to this 7 brew for a while now with a few minor miscommunication instances. As of recently, this location has gone extremely down hill. I know it is the holiday season and everywhere is busier but last year I did not have nearly as many problems. My order is taken wrong here almost everytime, so I have honestly made it a point to order my drinks how they are input into their iPads. (I absolutely hate peppermint and plain mocha together-I prefer it with white mocha) Today the lady basically refused to take the order (medium iced white mocha-add candy cane) and kept insisting I have to get a mocha though I have previous orders of a candy cane white mocha which I took screenshots of. I ended up changing my whole drink order to a white mocha-add Santa’s cookie (and I’m positive it was still a mocha-not white mocha my order hasn’t loaded yet) She also forgot to add the pup cup which was the very first thing we ordered, our dog was hanging out of the window making it very hard to forget. So, we sat and waited about 5-6 minutes AFTER we got our drinks for the pup cup. We held the line and obviously didn’t get the points for it because it was left off of our order. And it was only after the wonderful lady in the new booth went to check on it twice that we finally got it. (I believe she actually ended up making it herself.)I’m overall very disappointed, on several occasions now, so I will travel from Arlington to the Grand Prairie location every morning instead. I’ll try this location out again after a while! I will also post the screenshots if Google allows!"

"I got the white chocolate mocha and it had something green on. It made me severely sick tried calling the store. Their number doesn’t work very disappointed. Edit when dumping it out I saw that it was in fact matcha ! Wow matcha with milk and white chocolate this gave me severe food poisoning haven’t been able to eat for 3 days know if I would of drank more I would of for sure been in the ER :update I did email y’all and you guys never responded Ha"

"They had a Halloween special 4 for $16. My favorite was the funnel cake macchiato🤌🏾! I didn't like the cookie butter, but I think my drink was wrong because it didn't look like the cookie butter I saw before. 👀 The cookie and cream off the secret menu was ok and so was the brunette. I may try them on a night not so busy. All and all it was good."

"We LOVE 7Brew!! My husband & I go pretty much everyday. The staff is wonderful and truly brighten our days! I drink 7Energy and the hubs is hooked on Blondies or shots of espresso to add to his protein shake. Our pups, kids and teens love going too! There is something for everyone. I even buy the energy cans to take with me when we travel! Our brew crew is the best! 🥰"

"the two people who took our order and gave us our drinks were LOVELY. amazing service and the drinks are worth the price. we got the pixie stick drink and the brunette triple 7 chiller, and I think I found my favorite place to go for a morning pick me up. I don't normally like coffee - at all - but the brunette is really good. 👍"
