"All I have to say is wow! This is probably the best breakfast spot I found here in Edinburgh, Texas in the last three years. Upon entry, you agreed by the hostesses, seated immediately, it was pretty crowded and there already but we did get a seat of our choice. As you can see from some of my pics and video, it was well maintained, great atmosphere, bright, and filled with smile, smiles. I ordered an omelette with sausage, bacon, cheddar cheese, potatoes, and a side of fruit which was cooked to perfection, flavorful and portioned very well. Also ordered the chorizo omelette with avocado, that was super delicious especially when I put it on the English muffin. It was so savory. The coffee was on point and the water with lemon. It was so refreshing. Our server KYA was amazing, gave us great recommend recommendations and was very attentive. Definitely recommend the broken egg café. "I visited Another Broken Egg on a Saturday morning, and even though it was busy, I didn’t have to wait—I was able to sit right at the bar. From the very beginning, I was impressed by their outstanding customer service. The manager personally came over to check on me, which made me feel truly welcomed and at home. The ladies at the bar were wonderful—always smiling, friendly, and with great communication, which created such a pleasant atmosphere. Since it was my birthday, the manager surprised me with complimentary pancakes of my choice (you can pick any flavor for your birthday!), and that thoughtful gesture made my day extra special. The food was delicious—I had an omelet along with a Colombian coffee, and everything was full of flavor. The manager also recommended the Hash Brown Balls (crispy shredded potato bites), and they were absolutely amazing—definitely a must-try! As someone who truly values excellent customer service, I can honestly say this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for a great breakfast experience with a warm and welcoming touch! 🌟"

"Great first time experience and with a great server like Jose, we couldn't ask for more. Cold brew coffee was really good to start off. Cinnamon roll French toast came with fruit on top which made it better. My friend had chicken and waffles and said it was real good. Everything came out fast."
