What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I really enjoy coming here. It’s a nice place with great food. Try the Avocado Toast and also the coconut rum bread. So delicious. My favorite drink here is the almendra mocha."
"There are no prices on the menu. U have to scan the qr code to check prices. U have to ask what kind of coffee are the flavors. The cashier did really explain it. So u have to go online to check. I didn't like that. Not at all. It has a good menu. Good flavors. Coffee is good. Really has good coffee flavor. At the time we went, there were not many pasty choices. Small lobby. Clean. But there is plenty of sitting. It has outlets to charge electronics. Plenty of parking."
"Reserva Coffee Roasters is a great coffee shop serving coffees, specialty coffees, Chai, Macha, tea, and more. For food they have sandwiches, breakfasts such as Eggs Benedict, bagels, pastries, desserts (tiramisu!), to name a fee. This location faces Ware Rd. near the convention center, just north of Best Buy, and in between Ithaca and Kennedy Ave. This was my first time here and only wanted a coffee and a place to chat with a friend. I made a good choice. It was pleasant, peaceful, not crowded, and the coffee was very good. Of course, you choose which kind of roast you want, and there's a choice of syrups, various kinds of milk or cream, multiple choices for sweetener. Their cups are cute and have a plug if you need to travel with it. The decoration was industrial, modern, but cozy. Their people are friendly and accommodating, and their prices are competitive. I liked it much better than the popular competition with a siren logo. The tables and chairs are comfy. My only issue was the 90° backs on the wall bench... while it was padded, the bench is narrow and the back too straight up for my body. After a while I had to change to one of the chairs. Next time I need to go hungry so I can try their food."
"I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience honestly deserved it. I walked into Reserva expecting a chill morning and instead got one of the most unprofessional customer service encounters I’ve ever had. The barista on shift was incredibly short with me. I asked a couple of simple questions about the drinks, nothing complicated, just basic product knowledge and he acted like I was bothering him. He barely responded, almost like he couldn’t be bothered to speak. It was uncomfortable and honestly rude. What made it worse was that he kept disappearing into the back, where he was very clearly on his phone. I could literally see him through the open doorway just scrolling, while customers were waiting at the counter. He ignored people coming in, didn’t greet anyone, and looked annoyed when he finally came out. The coffee itself was mediocre and absolutely not worth dealing with that attitude. Management seriously needs to take a look at how their staff is behaving because this was unacceptable. Would not recommend, and definitely won’t be returning. The barista is named Daniel, if I am not mistaken."
"This is a nice coffee shop in McAllen. I liked my pour over, it was a lighter roast. I also had a flat white and I think it’s slighter darker than I prefer but it was good. The atmosphere is trendy like you’d expect from a high class 3rd wave coffee shop."
