"Ordered burgers and a salad in the drive thru. Got home and found mold all over the fruit in my salad. Called to get a refund and they said I would have to drive all the way back there to get a refund because my card needs to be present.. it’s a 20 minute drive. I asked the manager if I could just get store credit or something and they said they can’t issue anything that isn’t in person. I asked if they could refund my whole order or at least half if I drive all the way back and they told me I would have to bring all the items back. I don’t know if they didn’t believe me or what, but there was no effort to fix the situation. I even offered to send them a picture of the salad. All I wanted was for them to make this right and there was no option that didn’t cost me more money."

Kristen was at the window giving awesome service, when a customer in front of me was being very rude and holding up the line because they felt they should be allowed to give their order at the window. The customer blamed Kristen for the order not being taken at the window. Kristen never stopped smiling and greeting every car even though they were busy as usual. I will definitely continue going to this location for great service. Keep up the great work Kristen despite obstacles."
