"We walked in and all the chairs were up like they were closed. We went at 1:30 and they close at 5pm. The lady working the register was so extremely rude. Every item we asked for she sighed and asked "what else" It was obvious she didn't want to be there and hates working there. We had a problem with the order charges so we requested a refund and start over. She offered zero solutions. She did the refund but kept her tip. That really rubbed us the wrong way and we demanded a full refund. She claimed she can't refund tip in their system and we have to call corporate. I asked for the number and she did not know it. I tried to google it and got a number but the line is busy. Zero customer service. Zero solutions offered. Zero help. We insisted on a full refund. They called the police and we called the police. What a mess. I've never had this happen ever in my life. Do not go here. Shipleys policies are questionable at best. If this is how they treat customers face to face, imagine how they make the food. 😳 Customer service is appalling. She put a sign up that she had a scary customer.. The police came and she gave them corporates number but would not give her name or any other information or even our receipt to the officer for reference."
