"Wish there are trays to dine in. The foods are fresh and fully-loaded. I was not satisfied with the hot chocolate coz it barely taste chocolate. There's one unclean chair. The cashier is nice and engaging❣️"

"The lady was very rude at the counter. All drive thru customers got priority service over the two of us inside. The girl couldn’t keep simple orders straight, seemed really confused and upset with her job. She warmed up my koloches and as I ate one pulling out of the parking lot, it was ice cold in the middle. These are obviously not “freshly” made. No koloches will turn ice cold without being frozen or refrigerated. The quality of the whole experience was crap. We will stick with the better, mom and pop shop right down the street. I know management will come on here saying how they will address the issues, but they don’t. $35 worth of garbage is all I got. Feel free to offer me to email you since no one answers the phone at this establishment. Need to do better with hiring! This generation just doesn’t seem to understand work ethic, customer service etc. just want to be tipped for terrible service and food."

"The Staff was fine they didnt seem rude kinda just like they are there for their shift... The Kolache's were terrible. Even after they microwaved them they were still cold. They use cheap hotdogs instead of real beef sausage. Wife got the Bacon / Egg / Cheese there was no cheese in it and the eggs were dried out. Our dog wouldnt eat either one when we didnt want to finish them. Tried giving a new place a shot and wont make that mistake again. I should have known better going to a place that looks like a cookie cutter franchise instead of a mom and pop feeling shop."
