"Help me understand how six people received their drinks before we did. We waited 20 minutes, were the first and only customers at the time, yet ended up being the last to get our order. What makes this worse is that the other drinks were specialty items with add‑ons, while ours were simple. If ours needed more time, an explanation or apology would have helped, but none was given. We are patient and never in a rush, but waiting 20 minutes to be served after everyone else felt unfair and somewhat discriminatory. A couple of Sundays ago, it took over 45 minutes for two drinks with no add-ons, and even during the week it’s still a 15–20 minute wait. This shows a consistent issue. Two employees, though courteous, cannot handle the volume alone, one stuck at the register and only one making drinks is not enough. Staffing shortages may be difficult, but the order in which drinks are served is fully within their control. Orders should be fulfilled in the order they are received, prioritizing those who order first. On top of the delays, earlier this week, my drink was also incorrect. I ordered a strawberry add‑on, but instead, it tasted only of grapefruit, it had a very strong smell of grapefruit, with absolutely no strawberry flavor at all. After repeated mistakes, long waits, and being served last, this was the final straw. I suggest that the franchise owners hire additional staff. If they are unwilling to pay for more employees, they should step in and work there themselves. Unless improvements are made, especially in staffing and order accuracy, you risk losing loyal customers like us."

I kept drinking, each sip a gamble between satisfaction and survival. By the end, I had tears in my eyes — from both laughter and the internal war between my throat and those tiny, delicious tapioca balls. Would I order it again? Absolutely. 10/10 would risk my life for chewy happiness once more. 🧋😂"

"Tried their milky flurry of strawberry flavour on first day.. That made my day 😍 It had a very light flavour of strawberries and a rich flavour of condensed milk ! We could not stop ourself from having 1 more and we tried the Taro one with extra condensed milk and the topping of strawberry bursts.. A must try I would say ♥️"
