"First of all THE COFFEE TASTES AMAZING AND YOU SHOULD 100% go and try it!!! The reason I gave 4 Instead of 5, It’s because there are a few quality of life changes that they need. First off: $6 for 12fl oz of coffee is INSANE when you can get 20fl oz at dunkin or Starbucks and even scooters for half the price. I am really hoping that this is just a first year thing So they can make their money back And not a long-term plan. And if these are the long-term prices, Then I hope that they at least upgrade to a 20fl oz Cup for Their large serving. I am not going to snitch And breakdown to everyone how coffee shops make their profits, All I will say is that they could very easily make this change And still maintain the same profit margins, Or only lose pennies per cup if anything. Second: They need to get a drive-thru Rope that goes dinging anytime a customer pulls up To notify staff, I did not wait a long time for someone to notice me pull up, And I am not the type of person that gets mad about that sort of thing. But I know plenty of people, especially in the early morning that would get pissed Because someone did not see them pull up. Third: THE STRAWS ARE AWFUL… I know they are super price effective For running a business. But PLEASE consider Paying just a tiny smidge more So you could at least get the thicker ones That go through the cup easily. You don’t have to break the bank and go all out and get the biodegradable ones like Starbucks, But at least go for the thicker ones that don’t break In half The second you try and put it in the cup. Yes, I did notice that you guys Use the break open slot cup lids like Starbucks, And I commend you For doing so, because those cost more than the basics. But there are a lot of people that are going to nitpick and want to use a straw. The coffee is outstanding We just need a little bit more of it. Those 3 major things aside I look forward to coming back to this place for many years to come, Especially with that sugar-free caramel Option. That alone is the Thing that is going to keep me paying the extra price"

"Well I am a huge coffee snob and this place rocks it!!!!!! I am thrilled with the brick and mortar location. It is very clean and homey. The coffee is so good!!!! Have not had a bad cup yet! The food is limited to a few items but I have tried them all and they are delicious. The staff is always nice and very pleasant. Never had to wait long once I placed my order. Ya gotta try it!!!!! You will be hooked like I am."

They deserve all of the success and I will always support them. Their coffee, chai and matcha drinks are SO good.
