"Today was the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and the 2nd time that the service was subpar. The employees taking payment and handing my drink barely acknowledged me and were talking loudly about dating stories when I pulled up, which seemed more important for them to continue discussing than to acknowledge their customer. The young man taking my order also seemed very aloof. All together, I was just ready to receive my drink and be on my way. It didn’t feel warm and welcoming at all, and as mentioned, this was not the second time I’ve had this type of experience at this particular location… disappointing."

"I would rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to Waxahachie. This location is the most inconsistent with drinks and customer service. I get two drinks for my sister and I and they mess/mix them up almost every time. Even when i just order for myself they mess that up, and it taste different from all the other locations i’ve tried. It is too expensive to be that inconsistent. Very hit or miss on the service, some of them are nice but i can’t say that for all of them. Overall this specific location is one of the worst in the dfw area and not worth your time or money."

"Quit Starbucks to begin to patronize this company.Last visit my coffee was incorrect. Explained to the young lady that so happened to take my order this morning. No acknowledgement at all of her error. No I apologize for my mistake. Put up and ask for a manager as I went to pay. I asked for a manager and the second young lady rolled her eyes and said PERFECT sarcastically. Went inside and was saying oh she wants a manager etc. And 4 employees looked out the door and then she went it. A manager so he said came out. He was polite and I explained her rudeness. He decided to leave without coffee. Went to starbucks!!! You employee shouldn't treat a customer like that! Her hair not comb and look like she just got out of bed and have the nerve to be rude! Wish I could upload a picture of her. All other times everyone was friendly and professional."

"I’m kinda confused because I ordered this drink that was on the website, when I got the drink it doesn’t look like what’s pictured, I asked why it doesn’t and showed the picture, they said that you have to add all of the extra stuff. Why have it pictured if it’s not what it is?"
