Flaky, buttery, and perfectly balanced in flavor. But the real showstopper was the Birria Brisket Croque Madame. For $19, you get birria-braised brisket and melty Oaxaca cheese between sourdough, topped with a rich Oaxaca mornay sauce, pickled red onions, a sunny-side-up egg, and a touch of salsa macha. It knocked my socks off — rich, flavorful, and worth every bite. We’re already planning our next visit to explore the rest of their breakfast menu. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!"
