"Terrible experience. I ordered online at 2:47pm, through door dash to pick up. When I arrived at 3:17, since the location was further from my work than I expected, I was sure it would be ready upon my arrival. I ordered 2 coffee drinks and a Llama smash, which is like an ice cream, donut sandwich. Unfortunately it was not ready and it took them until 3:28 to get the order ready even though there were zero other customers in the restaurant. This was my 1st experience and probably my last. Very disappointing And to respond to the owner's reply, that is not what happened, it was not for my benefit. Your workers were confused when I asked for my order, trying to figure out who was responsible for marking the order complet. So next time, maybe just the apology, not a justification that doesn't make sense."
"If you're familiar with shops like this, then you are in for a treat. My daughter constantly asks to swing by and get a 6 pack of donuts. We have went more time than I can count but she finally shared on with me. WOW. Great donuts! I got coffee, it was good as well. I get mine black, so this is just straight brewed coffee. Great and friendly staff. Very quick on the food delivery"
