from Google"Ronnie is amazing!!! The GM also came out to greet us. Ronnie made our experience even better with his amazing recommendations! This was our first time visiting. We will definitely make the drive from San Antonio to come back."
"Awesome BLt sandwiches on a hot day! I never would have thought food being good in a bar and daytime was nice as their dark lighting inside made it a more relaxing peaceful place to be. It was a hectic day for me and this was a great place for a quick bite! They give military discount! The service was nice as they’re attentive with what we need! Clean, good value for your money and quite a sweet spot!"
"Relaxing gastro bar. Decent food. Little more expensive than should be for the food in my opinion. You can spend about 20% less for better burgers at hopdoddy across the freeway. However the staff is friendly, the beer selection is decent and the outdoor patio is nice. Couple happy hour drinks, 3 mains, 1 shareable and 2 kids put us at 140ish."
"I stopped in for brunch this morning and had the Texas Brisket Hash Stef's Way (includes sides of 2 flower tortillas and avocado [paste]). The staff were really nice and the atmosphere was comfortable. I even liked the music they were playing. When I looked at the menu, the first thing that I noticed is that their drinks were all alcoholic. This isn't that crazy, though, because this place is primarily a bar. I ordered off-menu and got some orange juice, though. I found the brisket hash to be a little bland and light on brisket. Other than that, it was ok. My big problem was with the avocado [PASTE]. First of all, themenu says "avocado" not "avocado paste" or even "guacamole." This would have been fine, though, except that it tasted like it came out of a tin can that had been sitting in the freezer for a while and they just thawed it in the microwave. The tomato paste they use at that very large sub sandwich chain we all know is better than this paste was. Finley's might be a good bar in the evening and maybe one day I'll find out and edit my review, but I'm highly unlikely to return for brunch or even dinner."
"We came in on a Saturday evening, no wait and were seated right away. Started with the Brussel Sprouts, they were drowning in sauce. For the Main Course Blackened Chicken Bow Tie Pasta and HOLY LORD it was so spicy I couldn’t even eat it. When I asked the Waitress about it she quickly informed me the Menu in fact stated these facts, upon asking to see the Menu again, it did not say anything about a Chili Oil or Extreme Blackened Spice. Sadly when she asked who I assume was the Manager about it, she didn’t seem to care. Which speaks volumes and unfortunately we won’t be back to pay for food we cannot eat."
