What People Are Saying
from Google & Yelp"I ordered 2 lattes and a glass of milk for my son and 2 parfaits and a breakfast sandwich. A bit overpriced but inside the resort and very convenient. However the lattes took 20 minutes to make after I ordered and it wasn’t even very busy. I asked the staff about the wait twice and it didn’t help. Finally got upset after I saw people who ordered after me get their coffees and leave. Observed the barista working and they seemed to be overwhelmed and inexperienced college students. They finally told me that there’s a Starbucks down the road if I’m not happy with the service. I definitely recommend for anyone reading this to do that and avoid this place for breakfast if they don’t want to be frustrated. Therefore I see multiple one star reviews like mine. It’s a shame that at such a great resort they can’t get a breakfast cafe right. Hopefully they will improve in the future."
"I order a coffee and a croissant. The cashier hands me my coffee right away but doesn't grab my food. I look at around at the other employees but no one is on it. I finally have to ask where my food is and they say it's heating up. Same thing happened to the guy next to me. He asks about his bagel. Then we both watch while the employee puts our food in the oven. The employee lied instead of apologizing. I also hear them telling eachother to put the expired food out in front...yikes! When I finally get my croissant, it is hard and stale. This is actually the second time this happened when I came here last year. Slowest and least attentive employees I've ever encountered at a coffee shop. It wasn't even busy. There were two other customers. They should really reconsider their staff."
"Fruits in the tart were so sweet. Military discount 10%. Still little expensive but considering the location is in a resort, i guess it's normal. There will be some line to wait."
"Ordered a croissant for my daughter, paid for it, they came back 5 minutes later, saying they ran out of croissants. Gave us a bagel instead. The bagel was inedible hard and impossible to eat. Paid for nothing. Never again. Workers were pretty rude. But they're teens, so..."
"Went there twice during my visit at the resort. First visit was great, second one not so much. The pricing of the Venti hot chocolate was $5.45 on the board and I was charged $6.45. The cashier refused to do anything about it claiming it had nothing to do with her and I needed to speak to the hotel front desk about it. The kicker, I also ordered a grande Caramel Machiatto, was charged for a VENTI but received a grande size. Note to management - PLEASE train the store employees better!!!"
"I'm glad to have a coffee place in this hotel that serves Starbucks coffee. They have everything that Starbucks would have except I noticed the Frappuccino...."
