"It was my first time dining here, and the experience was truly exceptional! The staff were incredibly approachable - especially Tera, who is truly the best of the best. We had an amazing time! His interactions weren’t just with us but with everyone in the area, spreading nothing but positive vibes and great energy. The food came out promptly, and the live Mariachi made the experience even more memorable. Overall, a 100/10 experience. "Francisco our server took our experience to another level. The food was remarkable, I had a burger, but it was top notch, with that yummy bun. We had 3 appetizers, the goat cheese was unexpectedly delish. Lastly the deserts. We ordered 3 deserts, but my fave has to be the bread pudding. They are served in warm skillets and are a must. Then enjoy a walk just 10 steps away on the River Walk to let the food settle. Now, I do have to say that out of everything , my favorite part was the service from Francisco! He was hilarious, fast, witty. I was belly laughing. He should be on a stage somewhere. As the former Queen of the River Walk , who has tried almost every place on the River Walk, Ambler is one of my top picks. Enjoy!"

"This was absolutely our favorite restaurant we ate at during our trip to San Antonio; not only for the food and the beautiful view of the river walk, but because of our server Francisco. He was so genuinely kind, patient, and thoughtful. He elevated our experience tremendously. We also loved the food and the ambience. I had the chillaquiles which is the best I've ever had anywhere, and my sister had the French toast which was also so unique and delicious. My sister and I are already talking about visiting again and bringing our husbands. We can't wait to return!"
