"Unfortunately, it’s always a miss for me. Even the idea is great, the cafe workers don’t know how to handle the food and make it appetizing. I am sad to see how the sandwiches look appealing while they are cold, you can see the cooks work and good ingredients, but after “warming” it up, overcooking it, dumping it in a box, spread grease all over, it’s just can go directly to the trash. All their croissants are always way overheated and become extremely dry and inedible. I regret to see how good food, team efforts to prepare the food are just wasted. Beverages in most cases are tasty."

"Hi, I wanted to share my experience from today. I purchased some food items from the E-Bar. When I was ordering a grilled cheese with soup, I asked if there was a chicken sandwich available. The staff quickly said there wasn’t without really checking. A bit later, I noticed the chicken sandwich in the fridge and asked if I could switch my order. Their facial expressions and behavior were not friendly, and the situation was made unnecessarily uncomfortable. They also kept loudly saying, “The payment didn’t go through,” when in fact it hadn’t gone through only because I hadn’t entered my PIN yet. The manager eventually said it was fine, but the way I was treated left me feeling disrespected over something as simple as switching a sandwich. To make matters worse, the sandwich was soggy at the bottom, and the container was left open when it was handed to me, even though it was a to-go order. I order from here often, but after today’s experience, I’m very disappointed and don’t plan on returning."

"I visited ebar today and had a delicious hot chai recommended by the girls in the front savannah and malina. They were so helpful helping me pick a drink and crafted it to perfection!"

"Worst service!! They took forever for a capuccino and then gave me a inflamed coffee even when I held it in my hand was way to hot I try to take a sip and it burned my tongs so bad. I asked for a new one and please asked for a Splenda in the cup, no down dab this whole process took 35 minutes and $6 bucks"
