from Google & Yelp"Oh gosh. Where to start. They were slow. Gossiping and laughing. Cool, whatever, but yikes. I was ignored for at least 5min. There was no line, so being that I’m in costumer service I just…..stood there. When they finally noticed me (mind you, no apology or any kind of actual customer service), I placed my order. Not only did it take another FIFTEEN MINUTES to get to me (cause they were just not doing their literal job, and talking on their phones etc,) my order was completely WRONG (I’m lactose and I could tell just by taste that they had put cream in my coffee.) I politely told the girl, (Ella? Anna? Ezra? Idk,) that I couldn’t have lactose in my coffee and she ROLLED HER EYES and took another 10 min to make me another one. Again, I work in the industry as a bartender. NEVER AGAIN. WOW. I’m still in shock that anyone would hire employees that not only don’t do their jobs, but treat their customers like garbage. No stars. This place sucks."
"I’m not sure what’s with the recent reviews, but I get food/drink from here occasionally and the employees are always sweet as can be, they make pleasant small talk, have my food out in a timely manner + nicely packaged. Some of the food items are a bit pricey. The only thing I find annoying is when other customers stand in front of the pickup area, but the employees are always so nice! I’ve never sensed an attitude from any of them."
"I had checked out another location, and thought maybe I would give it another try, maybe I had just shown up on a bad day or something. But this experience was even worse than the first, there were very few customers and it still took a while to get service because the baristas were in the back talking before they decided to come over to help. I think this is the last time I will try this place, plenty of other coffee shops around to test out."
"Went to have lab work done thought I’d stop to grab a coffee while walking out and I should have just left as soon as I saw the three employees talking and completely ignoring that I was there. I never have been to that hospital nor know any of the coffee drinks available as I waited to be acknowledged I looked at the menu and then asked what would you like I didn’t know if they had specific names of the size so I said let me have that size (three example cups on the counter) I noticed hazel nut was an option so I kinda stubbled saying I wanted a hazelnut latte and in-between that the employee sighed and looked annoyed. She said okay tap to pay flipped the screen and walked away. Came back flipped the screen again and walked away so I assumed to step to the side and wait. Another customer came up and the male employee gave her a drink smiled and said thank you. I waited a different female employee came up put my coffee in the counter looked at me and turned around to walk away I said um thank you. Lol For my 1st time ever that’s the last time, as someone with 20 years of customer service experience I understand work and having off days but do better"
"Everything is over priced and staff is unprofessional and rude. I tried to order but staff was talking amongst themselves and ignoring me. When I did get my order, they handed it to me without a word or smile. One person looked at me with an attitude and rolled her eyes. I thought coffee staff were supposed to be nice and friendly :/ never going back this place needs a redo of everything especially their employees."
