"The Hayden was such a cozy and welcoming dinner spot. Dariel, our waitress, was fantastic. I started with a refreshing paloma and enjoyed the soup of the day—delicious roast beef stew with rice. I opted for the Ted Danson sandwich, while my husband chose the hearty meatloaf with chicken noodle soup. To finish our meal on a sweet note, we shared a heavenly banana foster cheesecake with a peanut truffle twist—absolutely delicious!"

"Came to Hayden’s for a bite to eat today. The food was great. Nice fluffy and crisp pancake, delicious chicken and waffle, and the Matzo Soup hit the spot as it was quite chilly today. However it seems this restaurant is really busy and the kitchen and staff can’t keep up with the influx of customers. We waited a while for our order to be taken and for our food to come out. We saw another party be seated after us, had their food delivered before us, but asked to have it packed away as it took so long and had another arrangement afterwards. Our server was very nice but a bit too busy to handle all the tables all at once. Good food but the wait was just too long."

"My boyfriend took me here as a surprise date after seeing it on tiktok and it did not disappoint! Our server Rocco was awesome! He checked in often and had a great attitude throughout our entire dining experience. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We came for dinner and will definitely be back for brunch! #gorocco!"

"The food was amazing!!! I have to admit that is the only thing that keeps me coming back. Their Ruben I would say is the best in the city with their fresh sauerkraut, paired with their matzoh ball soup that combo is undeniable. The only thing that makes this a negative review is the service. Our server was Ally, and it seemed as though she could not be bothered to help our table, timing of the food was off, she did not check in to tell us that our food was going to take time it did, she only brought out one soup and told us “oh I only have one soup for you right now and the other one’s gonna take some time.” It took 30 minutes to get another soup to the party of two at the table and the soup that was supposed to be an appetizer it came out with the rest of the food. SO IT ALWAYS SEEMED THAT ONE TIME OR THE OTHER ANOTHER PERSON WAS EATING IN FRONT OF THE OTHER PERSON WITHOUT FOOD Also, the server that was next to us dropped silverware at our feet only to look at us and say oh I’ll be back and never to return. Server did not circle back for refills, even though we saw her go to other tables and refresh their coffees and waters and we had to ask. We even placed an order to go and she didn’t give us a time on when it should come out. She didn’t even deliver it to our table.
